Quick suggestion: You could implement power ups. It would spice up the game.

Game concept is 💯💯
But I think that it would be better if the ball got faster over time, and if for example the ball hits the top of the paddle the ball should maybe go a little bit more upwards. So that you feel like you have control over the ball.

Thank You for your recommendations! I might add the speed thing since you're not the first person to recommend it and the ball thing makes a lot of sense.
